How do I delete my data?

If you wish to delete your data, you can do so directly from the app. Simply navigate to the Settings page, where you will find an option labeled "Erase my data." By selecting this option, you will initiate the process of removing your personal data from our systems.

If you are unable to log in to your account or access the app for any reason, but you still wish to delete your data, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team. You can contact us via email, and we will assist you in completing the data deletion process.

What data is deleted?

When you request to delete your data, all of the following will be permanently removed from our systems:

• Derived Insights and Reports: Any analysis, reports, or insights generated based on your data will be deleted.
• User Information: This includes personal information such as your login credentials, account details, and any associated identifying data.

Once the deletion process is complete, your information will no longer be accessible on our servers, and recovery of this data will not be possible.
